Are there any prestige classes, or classes in general that a 1 level dip would allow me to be able to cast bull's strength. (for item creation purposes, and no artificers thank you )

EDIT: Need it as a ranger, because ironically the ranger gets: con, dex, and wis enh spells but not strength.

Can you already cast spells and need it on your list, or do you need spellcasting as well? If the former, try Sandshaper.

You can do it with a feat instead: Sword of the Arcane Order

The ranger doesn't get bull's strength because it's assumed you'll have an item providing a non-stacking enhancement bonus.

Bull's strength always is a second level spell, since you cannot get 2nd level spells with the 1st level of a casting class, getting bull's strength from one level dip will be difficult. One way would be to take a level of wizard or sorcerer and the precocious apprentice feat at first level. You wouldn't always be able to cast the spell because of the caster level check though.

For creation, you don't need to know the spell, you just have someone cast the spell every day during creation and spell can be cast from scroll , wand, item,..

So here are 3 possible way

1) Don't invest a level, just hire a lvl 3 spellcaster that will cast the spell everyday (but it may be expensive)
2) Take leadership feat and get a wizard/sorcerer as cohort
3) take one level of sorcerer/wizard and use wand of bull strength. Or a class with UMD and use scrolls or wands
Of course, if your goal is to create wand of bull strength, it is silly :-)
