Question about practiced spellcaster

so say I am a 6thlc 4th level x and I have practiced spell caster.
Do I
A) have the same spells as a 6th level cleric and have a caster level of 10
or
B)cast spells as a 10th level cleric

Practiced Spellcaster only boosts your Caster Level, it has no impact on Spells Known, Spells per Day, or any other Caster based class abilities.
