[PF] Cleave Through...?

Is there any way to get the Cleave Through (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/racial-feats/cleave-through-combat-dwarf) feat as a catfolk?
I'm considering adding a houserule to allow cultural feats (such as Cleave Through) to be taken if you have the Adopted trait, but I wanted to ask anyway.

There's probably some trick that is RAW legal but I'd say that by RAI there isn't.
You can always ask your DM if you can take it and ignore the Dwarf prereq. Easiest and best option.

"Stoneblessed" prestige class in Races of Stone that (after 3 levels) lets characters qualify as a Dwarf (or Gnome or Goliath) for feats (and prestige classes and other stuff).
