Anyway, this is a small homebrew compendium on things I may or may not finish.

To do list:
-Shadow Controller
-Shadow Leader
-Shadow Defender
-An Essentials variant of the Warlord (Marshal), Warden (Guardian) and the Shaman (Spirit Speaker).
-Hybrids for the Essential classes that have yet to get hybrids.
-More hammers.

The Marshal Concepts, sketch 1:

Battle Aura: Twice per encounter, in an aura 2, you can spend a healing surge to heal an ally for his healing surge value+xd6 (x being the number of levels you have divided by 5, rounded up)+Cha or Int modifier, depending on which of the two attributes you chose for your attack rolls.

Military Stances:

Charging Line: When you hit an enemy with an MBA, you can move an ally within 5 squares from you towards the enemy and the ally makes an MBA against that enemy.

Wolf Pack Maneuver: When you hit an enemy with an MBA, you shift one, an ally adjacent to the enemy shifts one and makes an MBA against that enemy.

Living Blockade: When you hit an enemy with an MBA, you slide the enemy 2, and if he ends adjacent to an ally, that ally can make another MBA against the enemy and slide him 1.

Line Softening: When you hit an enemy with an MBA, an ally within 5 squares of you charges a different enemy with 5 squares of you.

Tactical Counterattack: When an enemy misses you, you can make an MBA against him. If that MBA connects, you shift 1, slide an ally 1, and that ally attacks the enemy with an MBA.

Feedback, is, as always, welcome.

This makes you a sub-standard healer (endurance-wise), because you run out of healing surges far faster than your allies (collectively) do.

Instead, what if 1/encounter you can recharge an allies second wind, you have an aura that lets allies take a second wind as a free action when they hit an opponent?

We could even make the Marshall a different role than the standard Warlord, and make it a Defender|Leader. The Marshall marks one foe within line of sight as a free action on their turn (lasts until they mark another foe). Allies who hit that foe can spend their second wind as a free action.

Charging Line: When you hit an enemy with an MBA, you can move an ally within 5 squares from you towards the enemy and the ally makes an MBA against that enemy.Every time you hit (a full MBA), an ally gets a free move+hit? Borderline overpowered.

The Warlord "grant a hit with +int damage" (no previous hit required) is a top-notch power because you can (A) stack granted attack bonuses, and (B) exploit your allies MBA optimization and apply it at no cost to yourself.

This power is better than the Scout class feature of the off-hand blow, because it is a full MBA you are granting.

I could even go into exploits. One warlord hits, grants an MBA to another warlord, who grants another MBA -- this chain can continue as long as you have warlords who hit. A party of 6 pure warlords can thus make up to 6MBAs per turn, or 36 per round.

Wolf Pack Maneuver: When you hit an enemy with an MBA, you shift one, an ally adjacent to the enemy shifts one and makes an MBA against that enemy.Again.

Living Blockade: When you hit an enemy with an MBA, you slide the enemy 2, and if he ends adjacent to an ally, that ally can make another MBA against the enemy and slide him 1.Again.

Line Softening: When you hit an enemy with an MBA, an ally within 5 squares of you charges a different enemy with 5 squares of you.Worse than the above -- focus fire > spread fire.

Tactical Counterattack: When an enemy misses you, you can make an MBA against him. If that MBA connects, you shift 1, slide an ally 1, and that ally attacks the enemy with an MBA.So, this starts with an ability worthwhile of an encounter power (make an MBA when someone misses you as an interrupt), makes it an at-will stance, then adds in an extra MBA.

Take a step back. What I'd do is make your per-encounter "power up" (like power attack) to be granting allies MBAs when you connect with an BA (free action, once per round). Call this "coordinated attack" or something.

We now have four things to play with:
Your own MBA/BA bonuses, riders on Coordinated Attack, auras to benefit your allies, and riders on the "1/encounter an an ally recharges their second wind" power (which increases to 2/encounter sometime in paragon).

Seems interesting, and thanks for the feedback! It's always welcome.
