List of ways to come back to life?

As title. i'm looking mainly for spells here.
in particular, i'm looking for spells available as a player in an e6 campaign, but i'll gladly compile a list of spells/ways available to a regular campaign.

NB: i'm ignoring "DM Fiat". this is a list of RAW ways to bring a character back from the dead. bonus points if you can find a way to do it in e6 without chatting up someone with racial spells. (dragon, outsider, etc)

Resurrection, True Resurrection, Reincarnate, Raise Dead, Last Breath (Masters of the Wild), Wish, Greater Wish, Miracle.

Not a fan of the D&D resurrection methods.

also, given the fact that they exist, what summonable creatures can bring someone back? (could you do it with a Summon monster spell? what about Lesser Planar Binding?)

[Harrow]

Revenance (http://dndtools.eu/spells/spell-compendium--86/revenance--4105/) brings someone back to life with no penalties, but only lasts minutes/level. However, it can be cast on anyone that's died within rounds/level, so if you miss the window for Revivify or Last Breath you can bring them back with Revenance, finish the fight, then bring them back permanently at the end of the duration.

Clone and stasis clone from magic of faerun. When you die, you automatically wake up in the oldest clone you have. Stasis clone is better because you don't have to care for your clone before you use it.

[Dusk Eclipse]

Pact of Return (HoH) Spite Domain level 9. It autmatically returns you to life, but you must have specified the exact way you will die before hand for it to work.

Best used with stuff like Emerald Immolation or a contingency like "Cast Finger of Death on me when I reach 10 HP or less" and word your pact "I die from willfully failing a save against Finger of Death" or somesuch.

Movanic devas are in fiend folio, and it says that they can be summoned using summon monster 7. They have raise dead as an SLA.
