Maybe a warforged with the PF Boreal template (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/boreal-creature-cr-1).

Okay, there's a couple templates out there that I can think of, but they are hefty:

Cold Elemental Creature: Manual of the plants +5 LA, Gain elemental traits, like immunities to Poison, Sleep, Paralysis, Stun and Crits, and a scaling Cold damage bonus to natural attacks, and DR.
There's also an Ice Elemental Creature that's very similar, same LA, in Dragon Magazine 347

A more reasonable template is the Half-Air elemental, also from Manual of the planes, +3 LA, a host of Awesome bonuses and SLAs.

Another alternative is the Frost Giant Bloodline, aweosme boosts, and cold resistance.

Yes.

Take craft (Snowman) 4. The magecraft for the +5 and Bigby's helping hand for a +2, then cast unseen crafter so you can take 10 crafting the snowman. If you have an Int of 18, that's +4.

You can then easily get a DC 25 automatically. That should be an awesome snowman.

How about using the spell Simulacrum or Ice Assassin?


Simulacrum creates an illusory duplicate of any creature. The duplicate creature is partially real and formed from ice or snow.


The ice assassin spell is in many ways an improved version of simulacrum.
Developed by powerful frost mages who have more than their fair share of enemies to fight, an ice assassin is an effective way to destroy an enemy without putting yourself at risk.
An ice assassin spell creates a living, breathing creature that is a near-perfect duplicate of an existing creature.
The duplicate is formed entirely out of ice, but once the spell is in effect, it appears as an exact duplicate to all but its source, who always sees the ice assassin as an animated ice statue of himself.

4 LA, 4RHD, so...

Charger 4 / Barbarian 1 / Fighter 2 / Juggernaut 5 / Frostrager 5.

Lets go with a battlefist, and beast strike + knockback. You get to slap people around the battlefield doing tons of damage (you greater mighty walloped both the battlefist and your unarmed strike right?)

You can buy off ONE level of LA, so you can just squeeze fighter 2 in there for dungeoncrasher.

Well, you might be able to rework the Ice Beast template from Frostburn. It's not snow exactly, though.

I would probably ask the DM if I could just take the Cold subtype as a feat.

There is also a spell that the internet tells me is a thing, but it's 3.0, I think. Mantle of the Icy Soul. (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fw/20030124a) The caster of it loses 2000 XP, so it's not exactly an easy early buy.

Ray of frost, sleet storm, wall of ice, simulacrum, maybe cone of cold + protection from energy on allies. In a naval campaign freezing sphere makes a huge floor of ice to delay aquatic foes. And I'm sure splats have 97 more.
