I do like the shading and coloring effects, looks pretty nice.

Looks nice. The proportions are pretty decent, and the drawing has a lot of character... Though the mouth proportioning seems weird... If only because it looks odd to have a tongue sticking out of a mouth that's smirking.

I've only got one comment as regards the technical side of the drawing: Generally as a rule when drawing items with multiple outline colors, the item in the foreground takes precedence for the line's color. It looks sort of weird for the side of the character's face to be orange instead of black. That may be what you're going for, though.

Agree with Lankybugger, the line on the right side of his face (left for us) should perhaps be black?
