Porting a PF creature to 3.5; need help with LA

I am porting the Dungeon Dragon from PF to 3.5; the young Dungeon Dragon (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/dragons/dragon/dungeon-dragon-tohc/dungeon-dragon-young-tohc) to be precice. I need help making up an LA for this thing.
