[3.5] Ways to cast spells from other lists?

Is there a list of this out there? All I can recall are rainbow servant, domains, the something learning of DN/Beguiler/Warmage, UMDed rune staff, Dragon Compendium's bloodline feats, Shadow X if you aren't a sorc/wizard, Sword of the Arcane Order, Rainment of the Four and wish/miracle.

Look at the Planar Touchstone feat (Planar Handbook). Gain access to the Catalogues of Enlightenment (pg. 166). The Higher Order Ability allows you to cast spells from the Cleric Domain that you have chosen ... assuming your Wisdom is equal to 10 + Spell Level you wish to cast.

I'm going to have to look at the CoE text more later. But I believe via Echoing Spell metamagic shenanigans, you can even get those Cleric Domain spells in one of your prepared slots in order to scribe them into your spellbook/prayerbook (if you are a wizard or archivist).
