I'm making some bosses for a 3.5 Campaign, I want to avoid argument on boss abilities, so at the current time I looking to create the most powerful natural bladed weapon within the standards of 3.5 when it comes to summoned creatures ,undead or (created by evils unknown), my ranged for damage would be in
the 30 to 50 range per attack

Natural weapons? Or non-magical slashing weapon attacks? Or what?

What level? 30-50 base, or 30-50 with skirmish/sneak attack? Or 30-50 with Heedless Charge and a Morningstar?
