So I was reading about Darkleaf Cloth in Ultimate Equipment, and it seems to read like basicaly mithril for leather. It has all the same mechanical effects, except that mithril modifies the weight catagory of the armor for speed/encumberance, and darkleaf does not. I'm wondering, would it be a reasonable houserule to say that darkleaf has that same effect, or is the difference in price of the two materials what would account for that difference in effect? It seems like a reasonable comparison, but the price difference is signifigant enough that it gives me pause. Any thoughts would be most appreciated!
