Does anyone have any thoughts on these two PRC's from unearthed arcane?

Tainted Sorcerer is, unsurprisingly, extremely powerful. Its Taint mechanic isn't quite as strong as that of the Tainted Scholar (which is supposed to replace the earlier Tainted spellcasting PrCs), but it's still very easy to get an effective casting stat much, much higher than you should be able to. This means noticeably more bonus spells than you'd probably normally have, and save DCs around 30 after your first level in the class aren't hard to do, and you can get them in the 50s at high levels. Free metamagic off of Tainted Metamagic is also very strong (particularly when combined with some way of quickly healing Con damage, such as a Binder dip for Naberius). Blood Component can make some spells that you'd normally never use worth using (e.g. Favorable Sacrifice), and it's also useful for controlling costs with other spells (e.g. Animate Dead). It is worth noting that Tainted Sorcerer also progresses divine spellcasting, which neither Tainted Scholar nor Maho-Bujin do.

Spell Scion depends mostly on the quality of the legendary weapon that you're wielding, but it's a full-casting PrC, so it doesn't have to offer a lot to make it better than plain Wizard or Sorcerer.
