If focused fully on a nabarius effects to heal damage. What classes or feats can be used at a mere level three

Level 3, that's a bit tricky. Healing the strength damage from the spell Luminous Armor would work if you have a full prepared caster on the other side of the gestalt. Healing the con damage from the Stigmata feat (after a one hour waiting period) would also be an option.

How about the vile, frost, storm, and sand spells with sacrifice components?

Some of the spells like bloodsnow is really powerful.

Combine Nabarius's ability with faster healing feat to heal double the amount of ability damage in a round, or 2 drained ability points in an hour.
