Of all the printed books there what in your opinion is the least used or worthwhile to actually own? Try to base it more on the book being bad or not useful as opposed to not being used because it fills a niche (stronghold builders guide) or because it gets banned a lot (ToB).

Good call. I'd forgotten that one even existed.



I'll list a few that are rarely used, but still have actual value.

Cityscape - Invisibile Spell feat, premade NPCs, and good advice for city building
Forge of War (Eberron) - a few new Teamwork Benefits
Explorer's Handbook (Eberron) - Drake Helm item (bonus spells known for a sorc)
Exemplars of Evil - Uncanny Forethought and Proteus feats
Elder Evils - several very strong Deformity feats including one that makes you immune to mind-affecting
