So I started building an array of characters as sort or prefabs in an E6 world I am making. They will probably just end up being put in a story rather than played though.
I came down to the arcane caster blaster and was trying to make him special with the limitations I had on the world. I ended up making him an expert going into Ravenloft Scientist. Then I took a lovely little look at Amanuensis and Create Device and began to drool. Create Device:Rune Circles are non magical writing, as are scrolls. Free items galore! Batteries not included.
What would happen to a world that could so easily become saturated with Rune Circles and Scrolls?
