No, a natural attack is not a Shadow Hand stance, they're not even the same category of thing.

If you mean can you add Dex to damage with a natural attack using the Shadow Blade feat, only if it's a discipline weapon for Shadow Blade. The only natural attack that fulfills that description is the Unarmed Strike.
