Class Skills:
The agent retriever’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Appraise (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Forgery (Int), Gather Information (Cha), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Knowledge (geography) (Int), Knowledge (history) (Int), Knowledge (local) (Int), Knowledge (the planes) (Int), Listen (Wis), Search (Int), and Spot (Wis), Survival (Wis).
Skill Points at 1st Level: (6 + Int modifier) × 4
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 6 + Int modifier

Weapon and Armour Proficiency: The agent retriever is proficient in all simple weapons and all martial ranged weapons, as well as light armour.

Uncanny Location (Ex/Sp)
After resting for eight hours, the agent retriever may choose a target to retrieve, either an item or a creature. In the case of a creature, the agent retriever gains a bonus on attack and damage rolls with ranged weapon attacks against the chosen creature equal to half her agent retriever levels, rounding up, but the extra damage is nonlethal. Further, she may choose to convert all damage she does with any kind of weapon to nonlethal damage. In case of an object, these bonuses apply to the object's user, wielder or holder.

Further, the agent retriever is capable of casting locate creature or locate object as applicable at will as a spell-like ability, but only as pertains to the targeted creature.

Tracking bonus (Ex)
The agent retriever gains a +5 insight bonus on survival checks made to track the creature she has chosen to retrieve, or the item's holder.

Speed of the Hunter (Ex)
The agent retriever is skilled at following her target over long distances. While she is not in combat, she gains a +5 ft bonus to all forms of movement per two agent retriever levels she has.

Detaining Sphere (Sp)
At third level, the agent retriever gains the ability to call forth a detaining sphere. Once per day at third level and every fifth level thereafter, the agent retriever can attempt to enclose any creature or object he or she can see within 30 feet. The target is allowed a Reflex saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 the class level of the agent retriever + the agent retriever’s Dexterity modifier). Those who fail are then encapsulated in a sphere with a radius of up to 50 feet (the sphere is only as large as it needs to be, up to its maximum radius).

The sphere exists physically, and can be harmed. It has a number of hit points equal to the agent retriever's level*5, and hardness equal to the agent retriever's dexterity bonus (if any). It can also be destroyed or bypassed by anything that would do so to a wall of force. Finally, the effect ends after ten minutes per level.

Until the effect ends, the sphere can be moved by the agent retriever as a free action, though it will automatically move (and teleport) with her and cannot go beyond 30 feet of her. Neither it nor the creature within provokes attacks of opportunity for moving either of these ways.

The agent retriever can target herself if she so desires, though if she does so she gains no special ability to end the effect, and she cannot move the sphere at all.

Phantom Steed (Sp)
Once per day at fifth level and every fourth level thereafter, the agent retriever can cast Phantom Steed as a spell-like ability.

Dimension Door (Sp)
Once per day at seventh level and every fourth level thereafter, the agent retriever can cast Dimension Door as a spell-like ability.

Unerring Location (Su)
From tenth level, the agent retreiver constantly knows the location of the creature or object she is retrieving, as the locate object spell.

Plane Shift or Greater Teleport (Sp)
Once per day at eleventh level and every fourth level thereafter, the agent retriever can cast Plane Shift or Greater Teleport as a spell-like ability.

Force Sphere (Sp)
Once per day at thirteenth level and once more at seventeenth level, the agent retriever may use a force sphere. This works exactly as a detaining sphere save that the effect can only be destroyed or bypassed by methods that would do so to a wall of force, though the duration will end as normal.

I Have Come For You (Su)
Once every five minutes as a free action, the agent retriever may choose to teleport unerringly to a location within 200 feet of the creature or item she is retrieving. When she does so, the bonuses to attack and damage rolls are doubled for one minute, and she adds her dexterity to her attack rolls, damage rolls, AC, skill checks, ability checks, saves, and initiative, in addition to any bonuses she may already have due to her dexterity, and she increases her speed by +5 feet for every point of her dexterity modifier.
