I think it is pretty clear that an ice assassin within 1 mile of you will gain the benefits of the Hide Life spell if you cast it while the IA is within 1 mile.
What if the IA leaves the 1 mile radius, and then returns? Will the benefits of Hide Life reactivate? I ask, because Hide Life has a duration of instantaneous, so the magic is no longer 'active' when the IA reenters the area.
Because Hide Life is instantaneous, does the spell affect the IA even after it leaves the area?
What if you cast the spell while the IA is outside the 1 mile radius, and then the IA reenters the area?
