So while creating an NPC wizard i noticed that the paragraph "Spells Copied from Another Spellbook or Scroll" it seems as if copying spells is now free of gold.

A wizard can also add a spell to his book whenever he encounters one on a magic scroll or in another wizard's spellbook. No matter what the spell's source, the wizard must first decipher the magical writing (see Arcane Magical Writings). Next, he must spend 1 hour studying the spell. At the end of the hour, he must make a Spellcraft check (DC 15 + spell's level). A wizard who has specialized in a school of spells gains a +2 bonus on the Spellcraft check if the new spell is from his specialty.

So do I get this right? You only need to pass a spellcraft check and spend an hour, nothing else? No Spell level x 50 gp anymore?

Nope, you still pay money. See Writing a New Spell into a Spellbook (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic#TOC-Writing-a-New-Spell-into-a-Spellboo) which is a sub chapter of Adding Spells to a Wizard's Spellbook (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic#TOC-Adding-Spells-to-a-Wizard-s-Spellbo).

Materials and Costs: The cost for writing a new spell into a spellbook depends on the level of the spell, as noted on Table: Spell Level and Writing Costs. Note that a wizard does not have to pay these costs in time or gold for spells he gains for free at each new level.

The part you read and quoted just deals with understanding the spell.

The cost did change and lower level spells are cheaper and higher level spells are more expensive. Level 5 stayed the same.

Okay, thanks for clarifying that. That would have been too good to be truel.

It Went Down for All of Them (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicOverview/arcaneSpells.htm#writingaNewSpellintoaSpellbook):
Space in the Spellbook

A spell takes up one page of the spellbook per spell level. Even a 0-level spell (cantrip) takes one page. A spellbook has one hundred pages.

Materials and Costs

Materials for writing the spell cost 100 gp per page.
So 100/page, 1 page/spell level (minimum 1), means that it's cheaper to scribe in Pathfinder than 3.5.
