How much lb's a player can hold

Hey i cant seem to find how much weight in lbs each race can hold in the dm guide or the players handbook, i've probably skipped passed it can someone please direct me to the page thx c:

It is in the Adventuring chapter IIRC. One of the 2 PHB chapters between Equipment and Spells.

I recommend using the indexes at the back of the books. really helpful when it comes to finding little fiddly bits like this.
