How should I build it? I know, I know, blasting is bad, but I'd like to do stuff like that, and maybe like ice-based BFC. My DM is allowing a Dragonborn of Tiamat type of deal so I have white dragon wings. In case that matters.

What should I do for this? Race, class, build, recommended spells. I've pulled some thoughts from Frostburn but I want to hear you guys' thoughts. I basically like the concept of a character who focuses on frosty blasting spells and using his own strength to power spells rather than money and stuff.

Well, I'd recommend Wizard 5/Frost Mage 5/Blood Magus 10. You drop 2 levels of casting. The order is mostly to give you time to die and get rezzed (required for Blood Magus)

Here's a link (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=330726) to the Frost Mage I'm using right now

My spell list is focused on BFC with a side of blasting, which sounds like what you're aiming for. You can swap feats around to qualify for Blood Magus. of course.

Dragonborn of Tiamat? Darn, you're probably not Good then. Wizard is one of those very few classes who can get away with Vow of Poverty without sucking. How sad. What level are you starting at?

... Well, for race, anyway, I'll recommend either Gray Elf or Fire Elf. Int bonuses are yummy. Guy above knows where it's at build-wise, though fitting in some Master Specialist can't hurt.
