What would a modern warmage look like?

with everything they know these days, on the 3.5 power curve, what do you think a remade warmage would look like for WOTC content?

Edit: But seriously? combining the warmage prestiege with the warmage would be better. Damage per die keeps them relevant. Also, the warmage's list should just be updated.
