Are their any Arcane Casting Classes who's spells are not Int or Cha based? I seem to remember one prestige class from a web article that was wisdom based, are there any others?

Muscle Wizards!!!
That feat is completely awesome.
I think there's an arcane caster in the much looked down on Book of Erotic Fantasy that casts off of Appearance (a new stat intro'd in that book). In that case, I guess good looks are more important than brains, sense, or personality.:smalltongue:

Unseelie Dark Hunter (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fey/20030315a) is the only example AFAIK
There are also Illumian race with bonus spells from Strength (Aeshkrau) or Dexterity (Uurkrau), and Dwarf Sorcerer Sub Level with Constitution-based bonus spells
Some work to be done on it but Arcane Swordsage probably casts off Wisdom.
Rangers with Sword of the Arcane Order mostly cast off Int, but their bonus spells are still Wis I think.

Arcane Disciple (http://dndtools.eu/feats/complete-divine--56/arcane-disciple--92/) allow to cast Wis-based arcane domain spell.
It's not too good for sorcerers or bards, because doesn't change number of spell known or spell-per-day, but for casters who just know all their spell list, such as Beguiler, Dread Necromancer or Warmage...

That's a Bastards & Bloodlines feat, IIRC

Correct. And so far I can see a Third Party 3.0 Book. (Sort of source (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=10203238&postcount=2))
Suddenly the feat is lot less accessible.

And yet... It opens the path to Ogre Archmages with single digit mental stats and massive spellcasting powers.
That's gotta be a good combo, right?

Sure you're not mixing up spellcasting with bonus spells?
