Hey everyone! I'm currently DMing a game where one of the players is playing a psionic character that is bent on absorbing other psionics' powers (henceforth Psionic Hunter) . Don't ask me how, but numbers work out, these guys aren't cheats. I'm not really into psionics, but I said go for it.
And now I need some help to build him some psionic enemies he is hunting down. At the moment, he is trying to sweet talk a psionic (from now on Psionic Druid) to get his guard down. This psionic druid (a Jotun race, from Gnorman's E6 (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=230247)) is in the city because of the local nobles (and creature provider for an Arena) is trying to get some bigger creatures in control and couldn't do so by himself.
And this is where I need some help. I could come up with some psionic NPC, but it wouldn't be challenging for the Psionic Hunter PC. Help me with creating a challenging encounter for my Psionic Hunter :D
Guidelines: level 3~4
Race: Big strong guy (possibly Gnorman's E6 - Jotun (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=230247))
Challenge: Mid ~ High
Ability score: 32 PB
Quirk: would have to be able to control/charm/handle creatures well.
TL;DR
Help me build a psion character that would be able to control animals and fight on his own in order to make a challenging encounter for one of my players :D
