Ways to know what time it is?

The title says it all. I am interested in hearing any way to know what time it is. I know about the Firmament Stone (Dungeonscape pg. 35), but that is all I've got. What else is there? 3.5 and PF are both fine.

I got a hat that says "Time for Cake" and a clock with moveable hands on it.
That's all I got.
I think a Survival check can approximate it.
I'm sure one could manufacture a pocketwatch.
Sundial any time you know which way is north and have direct sunlight.
Scry to a known location with a sundial and approximate the rest based on distance. Worth the effort to place a sundial near the entrance of the dungeon.
Wand of Sending to someone who knows the time.

If you are willing to delve into 3rd party books, Encyclopedia Arcane: Chronomancy has the Time Sense skill. It lets one know the exact date and time regardless of items or location.
