Find the feat description a bit confusing, when it says used with a two handed weapon triple the power attack damage, does it mean triple the normal power attack damage for two handers as in 3 times 2 or is it just triple power attack 3 times 1?

It was errata'd to be +100% of your Power Attack damage.

Of course, that's barely a clarification, because it doesn't specify whether the +100% comes BEFORE or AFTER the boost you already get for using a two-handed weapon.

You can combine a jump with a charge against an opponent. If you cover at least 10 feet of horizontal distance with your jump, and you end your jump in a square from which you threaten your target, you deal +100% the normal bonus damage from your use of the Power Attack feat. If you use this tactic with a two-handed weapon, you instead triple the extra damage from Power Attack.

It concerns itself with the Damage Bonus : Attack Penalty ratio only.

The 100% is the bonus damage you get from power attack. The bonus you get from using a Two Handed Weapon gets you +100%. Leap attack grants a further +100%, there's no finding any loopholes there.

E.g:

Power Attacking with a longsword works on a 1:1 ratio. Take a -5 Attack Penalty and you get +5 Damage Bonus.
Power Attacking with a greatsword works on a 2:1 ratio. Take a -5 Attack Penalty and you get +10 Damage Bonus.
Leap Power Attacking with a greatsword works on a 3:1 ratio. Take a -5 Attack Penalty and you get +15 Damage Bonus.

Complete Adventurer Errata (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/er/20040125a):

Page 110: Leap Attack
The second sentence of the Benefit paragraph should
read as follows:
If you cover at least 10 feet of horizontal distance with
your jump, and you end your jump in a square from
which you threaten your target, you deal +100% the
normal bonus damage from your use of the Power
Attack feat.
+100% the normal damage bonus would be +100% more than you would otherwise have gained from power attack without using leap attack.

If you power attack two-handed for -5 with Armbands of Might, you would normally gain +12 damage from your use of the power attack feat. Leap Attack increases that by +100%, to +24 damage.

The errata specifically makes it so it does not multiply the damage (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/combatStatistics.htm#multiplyingDamage), so you can apply leap attack and then apply multipliers such as critical hits, Rhino's Rush, etc. and the full amount gained from power attack plus leap attack will be multiplied.
