Ok so I found these feats, and I was wondering given the hate for all things Monk (Save the ToB crowd) would adding these feats to a build make the monk better?

What if they where added as part of the class features.

Adding anything that isn't a penalty will strictly improve the Monk (or anything, for that matter). Having access to all of those as a class feature would make the class better; choosing them as feats is dependent on the opportunity costs of taking those feats over others.

Well for things like the Stunning Fist feats, the Dimensional Feats, Spider Step feats, ect adding those into the class abilities as they stand in the Monk currently.

Lets ask something here. This is not PF centric so sorry.

Whats the better trade off Decisive Strike ACF or Flurry of Blows? One doubles damage and one allows multiple attacks.

Almost certainly Flurry, because it lets you add anything else you add onto an attack (like damage, or Special attacks like Trips, or whatever) multiple times. You can read a discussion on said ACF here. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=143440)

Alright, quick question if Decisive strike was a standard action not a full round action would it be better off?

Because I could see a use for it with an Abundant Step + Decisive Strike round attack and then flurry of blows the next turn if the opponent is unable to move away thus forcing you to follow and not allow a full attack that round.

Is this with adding the Pathfinder feats to Monk abilities? Because as is, Abundant Step is the last thing you do on any given turn, as Dimension Door prevents you from taking actions until the start of your last turn.

See Dimensional Agility (I am editing the post to say Agility not Ability) it remedies this.
