The Way (Su): An ability which allows a monk's unarmed prowess to progress as he gains levels. By level twenty, he can have an equivalent of a +10 enhancement bonus on his unarmed strike with a maximum of +5 and +5 worth of properties. Any magic weapon properties can be used for the Way and they can be changed every time a monk should rest for eight consecutive hours.

At 2nd level and every other level thereafter, the maximum enhancement bonus increases by +1.

Flurry of Blows (Ex): See Players' Handbook Entry.

Unarmed Damage Table (Ex): See Players' Handbook Entry.

Slowfall (Ex): See Player's Handbook entry.

Stunning Fist (Ex): See Player's Handbook entry.

Unity of the Self (Su): A Monk may heal themselves for their total monk levels multiplied by their wisdom modifier each day. This can be split as needed, but may not exceed that amount.

Voice of the Enlightened (Su): The Monk is under a constant effect Tongues Spell.

Diamond Soul (Su): See Player's Handbook entry of the same name.

Warp (Sp): The Monk may teleport a distance equal to ten feet per four levels of Monk as a move action. This provokes Attacks of Opportunities until 12th level when the Monk has improved.

Purity of Form (Ex): The Monk is immune to all poisons and diseases.

Quivering Palm (Ex): Once per day, the Monk may make a special attack that is a full round action. If it hits, the target must make a save against Fortitude (DC 10 + 3/4 Monk Level + Wisdom Modifier) or die. This is a death effect. The Monk can perform this 2/Day at level 15 and 3/Day at Level 20.

Timeless Form (Su): See Players' Handbook Entry of the same name.

The Stranger (Su): The Monk is stricken from the memory of those she meets once they have lost contact for one month.

Graceful Form (Ex): When a Monk should take falling damage, if the total damage does not exceed her maximum hit points by ten or more, then she does not take any damage.

Mind Over Matter (Su): The Monk may use their will to apply a characteristic to them . This can be changed by meditating for an hour and if loses effect once the Monk stops concentrating.

If the Monk should take damage, they must make a concentration check (DC 10 + Damage Dealt) or lose the advantages of this.

Abilities Able To Be Used:

Energy Immunity (To One Element)
No Need to Breathe
No Need to Sleep (Immunity to fatigue/exhaustion as well)
No Need to Eat/Drink

Perfection of Form (Ex): Resistance 10 to all Energy Types. This improves by 5 every 3 levels capping at 20 at Level 20.

Crippling Blow (Ex): When a Monk should critically hit, he can choose to cripple a limb by snapping the bone and forcing the creature to deal with all the penalties associated with.

Paralyzing Fist (Ex): Stunning Blow now leaves enemies paralyzed rather than stunned.

Perfection of Mind (Ex): The Monk is now immune to all spells with the [Mind-Affecting] or [Fear] Descriptor.

Perfection of Spirit (Ex): The Monk is able to add her Wisdom Modifier to all Saving Throws.

Perfection of Self (Ex): The Monk becomes an Outsider (Native), but is still able to be resurrected by normal means. The Monk is also treated as though she is one size larger (Max Colossal) for purposes of Unarmed Damage.

Why does the monk get abilities every other level? It seems like you could spread that out.
