Here is where we will start the Town vs Rizzen Trial

a few ground rules

everyone that is required for the trial will be heard (I will determine if your voice needs to be heard)
I will tolerate no disruptions in the courtroom (you will be asked to leave, if you don't I will call the police and they will cart you off in handcuffs)
I am the Judge, I have the final say, I will listen to all arguments, just be patient.

Will Rizzen and a representive of the Town Police please appear before me.

Rizzen is accused of 1 count of resisting arrest, 1 count of assaulting an officer, and 8 charges of attempted murder.

McBish, as a representative for the Town, do you agree with his plea?

I would just like to remind the court that Rizzen is already serving 594 hours of jail time for various crimes he has admited to and has escaped custody several times.

Oh yes...further comments from me....hmm...let me think. Ah yes, I derived sadistic pleasure from every kill. Does that help the ruling? Of course it does. No further comments from the defense.
He grins still further.

Well, I will increase it to 672 total hours for his obvious unrepentance for his behavior. Each time he escapes in the future add 12 more hours to the total. This trial is concluded. Thank you McBish.
