Unfortunately, the one thing Rawhide forgot to upgrade was the quality of the semi-witty quips at the top of each of these.

Skill Points at 1st Level: (2 + Int modifier) × 4
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 2 + Int modifier

Spellcasting
The cosmic descryer prepares spells in the same manner as a wizard, but requires no spellbook and instead knows every conjuration and evocation spell ever to come to pass.

Superior Planar Summoning (Ex)
Beginning at 1st level, the cosmic descryer can increase the power of any conjuration (Summoning) or (Calling) spell to affect or summon outsiders of 2 Hit Dice higher than the spell’s normal limit or conjure creatures with 2 Hit Dice of advancement. Every four levels thereafter, the cosmic descryer can increase the number of extra Hit Dice by 2.

Naturalization (Ex)
Starting at 2nd level, the cosmic descryer develops a natural affinity for one plane that he or she has visited, becoming resistant to any spells and spell-like effects that would normally affect any creature not native to that plane. Every two levels thereafter, the cosmic descryer gains naturalization to one additional plane.

Path of Most Resistance (Su)
It is said that adventurers follow the path of most resistance, and the cosmic descryer takes this literally. From 3rd level, the cosmic descryer gains a pool of 5 points, gaining further points every fourth level as shown on Table: the Cosmic Descryer. As a full-round action which provokes attacks of opportunity, the cosmic descryer may convert these points into energy resistance to a particular energy type, or damage reduction ignored by everything except a particular damage type.

The cosmic descryer may divide this up as wished, so a third-level cosmic descryer may have DR 2/not-slashing and resistance to fire 1 and sonic 2, for example.

Cosmic Connection (Su)
At 10th level, the cosmic descryer may join with the massive energy of the multiverse once per day, plus one additional time per day every five levels thereafter. The cosmic descryer can remain connected for a number of minutes equal to his or her class level. While connected, the character is a native on any plane he or she visits, and can use dimension door as a spell-like ability once during the duration as a 20th-level caster.

Regardless of whether or not he or she is in this state, the cosmic descryer can also draw off excess energy from the multiverse itself to increase his or her effective caster level or enhance any attack roll, saving throw, skill check, or ability check, up to a quarter of his or her character level. Drawing off excess energy from the multiverse is dangerous, and it deals the cosmic descryer 5 points of damage for each +1 bonus applied to a single roll or +1 caster level on a single spell.

Gate (Sp)
From 17th level, the cosmic descryer may use Gate once per day as a spell-like ability.

Enduring Gate (Su)
Starting at 18th level, as a full-round action, the cosmic descryer can make any casting of the gate spell remain for a full day, rather than disappearing after 1 round per caster level.

Gate of a Thousand Worlds (Sp)
At 20th level, the cosmic descryer may call upon the mighty power of the Gate of a Thousand Worlds.

When you use this ability, you must choose whether to use the gate for planar travel or for calling. If you use it for planar travel, it is identical to the gate spell used in a similar manner save that the gate may be anything up to 500 miles in diameter.

Alternatively, you may call up to 4d6 creatures of a number of hit dice equal to your caster level (plus 10 for superior planar summoning), who will answer your immediate needs (such as fighting in an imminent battle) but will not stay longer than one minute per caster level, and will refuse to aid in more long-term tasks - your power cannot force them to do such tasks.

Deities are still free to act as they will when called.

(EDIT: Fixed the table so that Cosmic Connection shows up the right number of times/day.)
