My players have stressed an interest to play a high skill oriented game. Does anyone have any campaign ideas or modules worth looking at?
Thanks for any insight!

Well, the first thing that springs to mind is an urban, politics-focused or mystery-focused adventure. At least in theory, a little thing called "the law" prevents you from just bludgeoning through everything using combat. Skills, such as Spot, Search, Listen, Forgery, etc., can make the difference between noticing something and not. If you have a series of clues of varying kinds with various DCs associated with them, and plot out realistically but fairly what happens if a roll is failed, you've got yourself an adventure. I'm sure you can come up with all sorts of shenanigans occurring between different factions or characters in a city, be they at the highest echelons of power or prominent fishmongers on the docks.
