player races

can someone post rules for the monsters as player races: mercane (motp), eladrin (MM), derro (MM), spell weaver (MM2), beholder (MM)

Ghaele (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/ghaele.htm) and Bralani (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/bralani.htm) eladrins can be found in the SRD, without the Eladrin tag. (Eladrin wasn't part of the OGL, similar to how Mordenkainen's spells became "Mage's" spells). The rest of them are not OGL, so they can't be posted.

Also here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/derro.htm) are the stats for Derro.

As far as I know, Beholders and Spell Weavers have no PC stats, mostly because they would make player characters who could only be used in epic-level games.

Yeah, beholders and spell weavers are LA --. The former is right there in the MM3.5, and they weren't given a new LA in Lords of Madness.

Mercane (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/monsters/mercane.htm) in the SRD

The only beholder with LA I aware of, is Bleeder Beholder from the Dragon Compendium. It have 10 HD, LA +16, and no eye rays or antimagic cone

For 11 eyes, if you do try to convert them to a playable race you will run into LOTS of balance issues.
They will tend to either 1-shot encounters or die horribly. This is because their offense is asymetrical to their ability to take it.
