I'm DMing a game where the players are pirates and they decided on a masked pirates theme. And they wanted to buy magic masks that would fit their abilities and would also look cool etc.

And they asked me what magic masks are there in the books. Can you help me list those (any material except 3rd party and magazine, but including 3.0, 3.5 and pathfinder)?

Have you checked out the Master of Masks prestige class from Complete Scoundrel? It may give some inspiration if nothing else.

Magic Item Compemdium has some. if nothing else convert something that would work to a face slot itam and BAM... mask
