Need help with a construct

Our group is about to enter into a huge battle with elite kobolds, dragons, casters and plenty of other stuff. One of the ideas ive come up with is implanting a suspended silence spell on the smallest flying construct I can find. I however have not had any luck finding what I need. Is this something im going to have to homebrew up or is there something im missing in the books?

Doesnt even have to fight. Its mostly there to be moving spheres of silence.

The first-level Druid spell beget bogun makes a tiny-sized construct with a 50ft (Good) fly speed, which might work for what you're looking for. The minor servitor spell likewise makes a small, intelligent animated object permanently, but is a bit higher level (Sorc/Wiz 5, Cleric 7).

Effegy (Complete mage??) pixie or petal should do. Cheap to.

Im looking for something more along the lines of a fire and forget construct type. Something cheap and I can use quickly from a pocket or something.
