Basic idea, Human Wizard(Necromancer) total level 14~ish(at the very least), for Body doubles with Simulacrum.

The idea is Simulacrums wander out and set up base near graveyards and raise servants, while the Main Body commands using a Crystal Ball with Telepathy. So I need to know whether a simulacrum has it's own Undead Control tally separate from the main or others.

For build help I am hoping You guys could recommend Feats, Mainly those that boost the number of controllable undead.

Any thing that helps make a Necromancer Overlord of the Undead is greatly welcomed. Items, Spells, Feats, Templates(Not really important).

The Corpsecrafter feats in Libris Mortis will give him stronger undead minions.

A Simulacrum is counted as a separate creature, so each of them would have a separate max number of undead they can control. Note that a Simulacrum is half his level, so if he's level 14 then the simulacrums are level 7.

Arcane Disciple for the Evil domain to be able to cast Desecrate, plus Fell Energy Spell (http://dndtools.eu/feats/dragon-compendium--109/fell-energy-spell--3357/) with it, will give their minions +6 HP per HD if there's an evil altar present. The normal +1 HP per HD gets increased to +3 from Fell Energy, and the evil altar doubles that to +6. This is in addition to what Corpsecrafter gives.

Destruction Retribution from the Corpsecrafter line of feats will make destroyed undead minions explode, dealing negative energy damage in an area around them that also heals undead. If you give him the feat Tomb-Tainted Soul in LM he'll also be healed by this. Have minions with a decent number of HD (Bugbear and Dire Bat Zombies) hiding in loose leaves/sand/snow or in alcoves overhead in a ruined courtyard where they'll encounter one of the simulacrums. There should be an obvious path down the middle of the area, so when they approach the zombies can spring the trap and surround them. They'll probably be destroyed quickly, possibly all simultaneously by a decent Turn Undead, but the explosions on their destruction will deal catastrophic damage.
