Does anyone have a list of the different types of golems there are in 3.5? Not third party.
I'm especially looking for golems made out of wood.

Any help would be appreciated.

Must they specifically be golems (which means they pack Magic Immunity) or are you looking for Constructs in general?

If you are willing to accept Constructs, the easiest way is to take an appropriate wooden figure, and then apply permanent Animate Objects (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/animateObjects.htm) to get an Animated Object (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/animatedObject.htm) of the appropriate size.

The immunity to magic would be nice, but other types of constructs are of course usable.

I was sort of hoping on an all-finished creature which I wouldn't have to do anything with (except for CR reasons), just copy and paste it into the adventure.

Wikipedia seems to have a good list of the different golem types: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golem_%28Dungeons_%26_Dragons%29#Woodwrath_Golem

For your purposes, the Woodwrath Golem from the Monster Manual 3 sounds closest to a wood Golem, but possibly isn't what you're after, being a more chaotic thing rather than carved from wood.

Edit: I've also come across the Thayan golem, which seems to be an archer golem made from wood, from Monster Compendium: Monsters of Faerun

Dangerous Denizens: The Monsters of Tellene (actually, a 1st party book, because from the WotC) have Hard Wood Golem (pg. 71) and Soft Wood Golem (pg. 76)

Also, there is Wood Golem in the Dragon Magazine #341, article "Animated Antiquities", along with Fungus Golem and Paper Golem

Finally, there is Coal Golem (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mm/20020830a). Coal was wood at some point, right?

EDIT: Sorry, correct article is "Lesser golems"

The Wood Golem was right on target. Thank you.

I do have one comment though: Paper Golem - err... "Often created for aestethic value rather than their combat ability, [...]" - you don't say?

The Siege Golem from Cityscape is partly made of wood, but I believe it has metal components as well. It's basically a scorpion (the arachnid, not the machine) crossed with a mangonel.

Spoken like someone who's never gotten a paper-cut.
And they always beat Stone Golems. :D

While not an actual golem, the Wand Golem (http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20111019234409/oglaf/images/6/6f/Wandgolem.jpg) makes me smile and I guess is technically made of wood. (Warning: language.)

Most wands are wood, but some are bone. A rare few are metal, glass, or even ceramic, but these are quite exotic.

And MM3 have Grisgol (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20040905a&page=4)

https://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/ex_grisgol.jpg

Its skeleton is fabricated from old staffs and wands and its skin from expended scrolls wrapped about it like a mummy's burial cloth. Woven into this are rings, bracers, fragments of leather or chainmail, and the like. Inside the creature are scores of half-empty vials of potions, unguents, and oils, vaguely resembling sets of internal organs. It typically wears a rune-scribed cloak or robe. Pinpoints of red light glare from underneath a hood or old helmet.

Nestled inside the construct, among miscellaneous junk, is the original lich's phylactery. Unless one knows what animates a grisgol, the phylactery appears as another piece of spent magic trash tossed loosely and randomly into the insides of the construct.

Though the Grisgol doesn't quite suit what I had in mind, I am very much saving it for a later adventure...

On a related note, I seem to remember seeing animated plant sculptures somewhere, but I can't for the life of me remember where.

Topiary Guardian, also from MM3 iirc.

There's a Paper Golem, if you like technicalities. Originally from... Oriental Adventures?

I think Pathfinder might also have come up with a Wood Golem...
