Spell reflection help

So in a few levels I'll get evasion for the second time. Is spell reflection worth trading evasion for? I have some other options but wanted to consider this? I have favored enemy Arcane users. So I figure anything extra will be a good choice. So is spell reflection any good?

I like it personally. But that said Improved Evasion is probably going to be more helpful in the majority of situations.

That's the one that says if you are missed by a RTA, you can bounce it back? That depends on what your touch AC is and if you have any alternative sources of miss chance. If you have like, full Displacement, a touch AC of over 20, or something like Wall of Blades that you can use, its amazing. Otherwise, if you are sitting on a touch AC of 7, you'll want to pass.

Scout Ranger gestalt so my touch at 9th level will be 23 and should have blur by that point always active. I get evasion at level 5 for my scout so trying to decide what to do when we level up again and hit 9th.
