I remember seeing a class a few years ago that was focused on essentially destroying the economy of any town he visited. It received several crafting feats/benefits, could sell for more than 50% of market value, easily undercut competition... things like that. I think Fabricate became an at will or x/day ability. It would make a beautiful villain for a game I'm working on, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called or any specific details.
It was requested for a Nations game maybe? Drack or Bel'Gareth's? I asked him already, but he didn't remember it.
