Im looking for a template for some humanoids that have completely lost their sanity and are utterly mad. something that would probably make them immune to anything mind affecting.

Why a template? Pretty sure Willing Deformity: Madness does that for a feat.

If you still really want a template, try the Lost template from Magic of Incarnum.

I seem to remember there being another template that causes insanity as well. IIRC it was caused by a certain stone in a location, and I believe was from Eberron. Ringing any bells for anyone?

If you're willing to dip into third party content, maybe you could go with the broken creature template from advanced bestiary.

didnt like tainted raver, i just did the willing deformity madness feet for them thanks guys
