I need help with getting some great gear for my rogue.

All books are allowed.

I've been following this guide

http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?156350-3-5-The-Rogue-Handbook-A-Fistful-of-d6

equip section isn't finished.

I'm going with a similar build to this (although I will prob drop unseen seer)

(Rogue 5/Assassin 9/Swordsage 1/Unseen Seer 1/Nightsong Enforcer 4)

Main weapons are two short swords, I'm wearing a Mithral Shirt (dmg 220)

I've also got two concealed daggers and two light repeating crossbows.

we're not that far into the campaign, only 3 level.

Basically I'm looking for good enchants and other items to really crack out this character out now and for later levels.

Thanks for the help.

For low end items, take a look at Shax's haversack (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?148101-3-x-Shax-s-Indispensible-Haversack-(Equipment-Handbook)&p=8235865#post8235865) for a few ideas.

Additional ideas (roughly in order of price):
-Chronocharms of X [MiC]: A bunch of skill monkey related buffs
-Goggles of Minute Seeing: +5 to search
-Anklets of Translocaton [MiC]: I love these things. Get out of grapple/AoO range 2/day. No attunement time, so you can buy/make several and swap them out between encounters.
-Arcane Thieves Tools [MiC]: If you are prepared to burn spells to boost your Disable check
-Scout's Headband [MiC]: The cheapest reusable true seeing in town. No attunement time, so you can buy/make several and swap them out between encounters.
-Bracers of Murder [DoTU]: +2 to attack and damage vs flat footed targets. +2 DC to death attack
-Rogue's Vest [MiC]: +1d6 sneak attack damage

For other high end items, look up the list of necessary magical items (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?187851).

Some useful utility items not included in those lists which have saved my rogue's life on more than one occasion: a small silver mirror and a pocketful of pebbles and dirt. The mirror is to peer around corners and under doors. The soil is to test for illusions, traps, and invisible creatures. More useful than a thousand potions, those items.

If you can get a PP reserve (Wild Talent feat, Psychic Rogue, psionic race) get a Darklight (SoS, 500gp), Ring of the Darkhidden (MIC, 2000gp) and some way to get Darkvision.

Necklace of umbral metamorphosis is also a good investment. Gives you dark template for 10min/day or you can pay to make it continuous.

Bracers of murder also allow you to reroll all 1's you make with your d6...

Light sources are pretty important too. Liquid sunlight (CS 110) is a good one: Cheap (20gp), nonmagical (thus not vulnerable to suppression), sheds light as a torch, lasts indefinitely, and even works underwater.

It would be easy to turn into a flashlight of sorts: Keep it secure inside a small light-proof box, and have some way to easily open/close the box to control the light. Then affix the box to a garment (such as a headband, belt, or wristband) for ease of use. It might require a Craft DC 20, but it could be very convenient.

And no equipment guide is complete without the humble 10ft pole and its collapsing variant.

actually I found a list of OP items here

Assassin's handbook. Very good handbook, at least as far as the items go.
