How will Hel cause Ragnarok? Something related to The High Priest of Hel? Also, I don't think that Ragnarok is the right term to use, since the Northern gods and the Norse gods are not the same things.

We don't actually know if unleashing the Snarl is Hel's plan. It seems that this is the most likely plan, but it has not been out right stated by either Hel or her High Priest, and until it has been, her plan can be anything, so long as it is related to some deadline involving something in the North and bringing ruin to the world.
