Ok. Recently, my PCs got the chance to become god-blooded of their various deities. One of them refused the spell, but took some of the god's blood. He intends to make an Ice Assassin of it. Once this occurs, is it still under his control? It's a god, after all, an exact copy of the god who wants to destroy the original. If it is, can he order it to transfer to him its divine ranks?

I don't intend to let him do it, of course, but it never hurts to be prepared, and to know how this would work in future.

The ice assassin possesses all the skills, abilities, and memories possessed by the original

It's a DM call if salient divine abilities and especially divine ranks are skills, abilities, and memories. I'd probably rule that salient divine abilities are included by RAW, but I don't think a divine rank is counted as an "ability". Unfortunately, the text is not clear.
