This week we are covering the comic strips 381 through 390.

To read more about the original Stick Awards, created by Nazzo, the 102nd, please read his thread here. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34791)

Last week, http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i294/trytoguess/Shojo.png379 Perform IS on the Aristocrat's Skill List (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0379.html) found out that its unique brand of charm and wit would lead it too win in a democracy. Or at least get the most number of votes from people who appreciate sarcastic old geezers. Go figure.

Enough about political intrigues and plots... It's time for romantic intrigues and plots! Along with Adventure! And Action! And Derring-do!! Well, all of that along with the latest iteration of......

Is that supposed to be some sort of joke? Because I can't speak? If so, it wasn't very funny.

Really nice batch. I'm a big fan of 385, the Vaarsuvius/Sabine interaction is just nice.

But I will vote for 389 - As Good an Explanation as is Forthcoming: It introduces one of my favorite secondary characters: Julio Scoundrél. I can't wait to see more of him . And on top of that Elan's whole explanation and the last panel are just icing on the cake.

#387 is my all-time second favorite strip. Really, everything in here and up to Hinjo's coronation are my favorite segments in all of OOTS.

Nothing quite like a decent plan that falls apart at the last round - so put me down for #386.

I think I'll go with 385, for the nice V/Sabine interaction and for Belkar chasing Durkon.

385 for the great fun in belkar chasing durkon.

I don't think this batch is as good as last week's. There are a few ones that I enjoy, like 386 or 387, but not quite as much as some of the previous weeks'. In the end, I think I shall cast my vote for 389!

387, for the first time Elan thinks of a successful plan on his own.

385, for nothing in special.

389, though I'm a big fan of 382 as well.

Oh man, this is one of my all-time favorite parts of the comic. I have to give my vote to 387: The Cliffport Redemption. The Elan-Thog exchanges are just too good to pass over.

385 isn't great, but none of the others are outstanding either, so...

388, for Elan declining to go bowling with imaginary Roy.

#385. The Vaarsuvius/Sabine interaction is great.

very, very strong batch, one of the best so far!!! I think I could vote for any of them, really, but I'll go with the most classic of them all: 387
It's a landmark for Elan, it's when he really begins to actually think and be kinda helpful!

None of these stand out in particular, though they're building up to some fantastic moments down the line. Taken on its own, I think I enjoyed 385 the most. It gave us some precious insight into V's personal life and also developed the character of Sabine, the only interesting member of the Linear Guild to me. And it's got a nice punchline to boot

Very close competition this time so I may just as well go with the first one. #381.

383 for me.
The joke on charme person was brilliant.

Ugh, touch choice for me. There's 386, which no-one saw coming; 387, Thog's first hulk-out; and 389, the introduction of Julio! I think I'll go with 386; I wish I had been following OOTS when this strip came out.

#389 gets my vote this time. #390 was good too.

Running late, so I'll just leave a quick vote for 389. It just edges out 387 for me.

And with that....

VOTING IS NOW CLOSED!

:sabine: 385 - A Sympathetic Ear (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0385.html) is the winner this week. It now moves on to the Best of the Hundred tournament.
