So, a recent thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?339278-D-amp-D-3-5-Increasing-HP-on-an-undead-PC) got me thinking...(always a dangerous thing!)

In that topic, the discussion of Fast Healing came up, and I thought "What about Planar Bubble (http://dndtools.eu/spells/planar-handbook--79/planar-bubble--2140/)?" Cast on a creature from the Positive Energy Plane, and you have a 10' radius sphere of one of the most dangerous planes in the Great Wheel...to living creatures! Due to the (somewhat funky) wording, undead will have plenty on surplus HP, don't have to worry about being blinded, and (at least according to the Manual of the Planes) don't have to be concerned about the lack of air.

So then I started wondering...are any of these monsters (http://monsterfinder.dndrunde.de/results.php?id=1965143298&skip=0) summonable, or would they all need Planar Binding?

Which jumped my mind to the next question: how viable is Planar Binding (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/planarBinding.htm) at level 15+? The undead in question in the topic above was stated to be a Factotum, and while they don't ever get access to Greater Planar Binding (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/planarBindingGreater.htm), they can easily enough pull off the above trick^. The real question here though, is PB "good enough" at high levels as it is at the lower levels to be worth using for "normal" purposes?

(Sorry if I seem ADD with this...I am, and I'm also at work...)
