Alright, I am making a level 17 warforged character, and I am having issues spending their money (and choosing their feats). I am using a homebrew base class (it's my truespeaker class, if you want to track it down, but there is nothing else to buy for it); I am also using some homebrew items.

-80,000-Skill Mnemonic (truespeech +20, embedded component)
-18,000-Enchanting Natural weapon (+1 shocking burst, I have a homebrew feat allowing this)
-43,000-Enchanting Composite plating (+4 electricity resistance)
-23,900-Phrase Tablets (these give more powers in my truespeech)
-36,000-Headband of Intellect +6
-36,000-Repair Nanites (3/day slotless Repair Critical Damage)
234,900 out of 340,000

If you want to help with feats, here is what I have so far:
Feats:
1- Mithral Body (Composite Plating is Mithral)
3- Knowledge Devotion
6- Masterwork Weaponry (natural weapons are masterwork)
9-
12-
15-

What natural weapons do you have other than the warforged's single slam? Also not taking some sort of body feat just seems wrong, at least mithril IMO for level 1 feat(or are you going for something that only works with an unarmored build?). Are repair nanites homebrew? if not what book are those from/what do they do?

Just the single slam, weapons are about as important as a weapon on a wizard. The nanites are homebrew, I meant to state what they did (3/day slotless Repair Critical Damage). My class doesn't care about armor at all, but only has light proficiency.

Why invest feats and money on a weapon at all then? Warforged Plating technically has no ACP so you can use any version with any proficiencies so long as you can deal with the reduced speed, ASF, skill penalties, and feat slot taken.

Back-up weapon and I like the idea (mostly the idea of the robot who punches you with electricity). That said, I'll lower the enchantment.

Alright. The wording on those feats seems kind of odd. They have ACP in all but name. I'm going to go with Mithral Body, as I don't want to deal with the drop in move speed.

I think he meant the base plating of +2 AC. My advice? Components. Depending on what your DM will allow, Warforged Components can be ridiculously strong as well as versatile. You want to move faster? Buy an Arachnid Chassis (http://eberron.wikia.com/wiki/Arachnid_Chassis) it gives a climb speed of +20 which automatically grants a +8 on climb checks and increases your land speed by 30. Want to be a bit more rougey? Gauntlet of the Deft Hand (http://eberron.wikia.com/wiki/Gauntlet_of_the_Deft_Hand). A Battle Visor (http://eberron.wikia.com/wiki/Battle_Visor) allows you to see through magical auras and invisibility, as well as tell what energy they are resistant to. If you are really lucky, or can convince your DM to include it on the loot table, a Clone Mask (http://eberron.wikia.com/wiki/Clone_Mask) is probably one of the most OP components you can get. Grants you another whole torso, including arms and head, as well as giving you a bit of extra HP, denying flanking, and gives you Powerful Build. Probably a bit less useful on a caster like a truespeaker, but depending on your DM they might interpret this as allowing more rings, amulets and head items to support your abilities. Components are excellent for warforged since they can't gain magic effects from robes, though they still can gain effects from other sources.

Going in order:
-Arachnid Chassis: Nice, +30 move speed and an extra attack. I'm not a fan of the appearance, but that is what refluffing is for.
-Gauntlet of the Deft Hand: Eh, not that useful to this character. +5 competence on a bunch of skills I don't plan on using.
-Battle Visor: Nice. I'll need to track down the exact text of its mechanics (as the page you linked is rather vague).
-Clone Mask: Very nice item, but I'm more likely to get an army of flying pigs past the DM.

As a whole, a nice bounty.

The Clone Mask was an artifact, so that's why I said the whole "DM" thing.

Otherwise, here's a list of all 3.5 Eberron components (http://eberron.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_warforged_components).
