Iaijutsu Focus Damage

Does it multiply on a critical hit? The text does not say it specifically doesn't and its not percision damage or anything of the like. So if it doesn't specifically say it doesn't multiply does it?

I know weapon enhancement abilities like Fire don't multiply but doesn't that get added in somewhere that none of them do. This is not a weapon ability, this is extra damage but doesn't have the text it should to restrict this.

It is a secondary damage, that does not crit, but due to this effect makes it work on undead and constructs unlike sneak attack damage.

Ok I was not sure because of the missing text and how easy it is to get a Quickrazor to 15-20/x3 for just 9200 GP extra.
