Race handbook—does it exist?

As the title. I was thinking about some race-based tricks on my drive home today, and I thought that I might write a guide to ECL 1 races, including synergies and diaergies and cool tricks and tactics. But obviously I don't want to reinvent the toaster oven.

I've never seen such a handbook, and I've looked for one quite a bit.

Yup, I've had that bookmarked for a while now, and I do know there's a planetouched handbook to make sure I get those.

I'd prefer to see guides that go in on a single race at the time, or maybe a group of races (elves, dwarves, humans).
