acquired templates for scouting?

Hey, all! Are there any templates that a character could add during play that would boost scouting ability? Mobility, stealth, senses, anything of that stripe.

Also, are there any feats or items that really stand out for scouting? If it matters, the character is probably 10th level or so and gets NPC wealth.

Good for any: humanoid, monstrous humanoid, or humanoid-shaped outsider
Nepthys is prolly the best option

As for items, try Bunko's Bargain Basement
Anklets of Transposition, and Chronocharms are quite good
Also: Gloves of the Shadow Hand (Shadow Jaunt) 3000gp

Dark Creature template can be purchased, Collar of Umbral Metamorphosis (ToM). The Shadowwalker template can be purchased as a ritual (UE).
