Other than assigning ability points every fourth level, what are ways to increase a character's constitution? Magical items, feats, whatever. In case its relevant, my character is a half-orc barb/fighter.
Thanks.

The Amulet of Health (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Amulet_of_Health), the Manual of Bodily Health (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Manual_of_Bodily_Health), the Belt of Dwarvenkind (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Belt_of_Dwarvenkind) are the only ones that spring to mind.

The Bite of the [animal] line of spells gives you a temporary bonus to Constitution (Bite of the Wearbear gives +8).

Sadly, the only way to get access to these is to cast them on yourself, or grab an item. Possibly the most efficient way to do it would be to put a single level into either druid or a class that draws from the Sorcerer/Wizard list, letting you use a wand or scroll of the spells. Having a wizard cast Polymorph on you to increase your physical scores can also work.

to simplify, grab some equipement, like with any other atribute. It's the easiest way.

Become devoted to Bahamut the Platinum one and become a Dragonborn. I don't see a thing ahalf orc loses taking up the template.
