Tenacious Magic

I was hoping to get some input on what the best spell to use with the epic feat Tenacious Magic would be? I was thinking something like Greater Mirror Image or Greater Invisibility. I'm using Incantatrix, so all buffs will be persisted, in case that matters.

It's not really that helpful. If your defenses are dispelled at epic levels it doesn't much matter if they're gone for good or just suppressed for a few rounds, the fight will likely be over before they come back. Add to that that it only affects one spell out of the many defenses you'll have up and it's not really worth a feat slot.

If you want to take it anyway Greater Mirror Image isn't a good choice because you can recast it as an immediate action. Either pick an epic spell or at least a high level one that will take effort to recast.
